The application window for standalone F2 posts starting in August 2026 is expected to be January 2026, the SJT booking window is likely to be in February 2026, with the SJT sat in March 2026.
Who needs to sit the Situational Judgment Test?
Sitting the Situational Judgment Test is part of the application process for applications to a standalone F2 post – so everyone applying for a standalone F2 post via the UK FPO will need to sit the SJT.
The Situational Judgement Test is currently NOT part of the recruitment process for the full two-year Foundation Programme, Foundation Priority Programme or the Specialised Foundation Programme, so anyone applying to those would not be required to sit the SJT.
